Hi there,

I have an Xpages with the rich text control. So in creating a document from the browser, the rich text control is displayed as WYSIWYG editor.

This is working fine in the browser in my office. I have even tried this at home and it is working.

However, our client, who has been trying to create a new document, says that they can not see the WYSIWYG editor (CKEditor/rich text control) in the Xpages.

Would there be some internet security settings at our client desktop that is preventing the rich text control to be displayed?

Please help as I need to get this resolved asap.
